Our Story

A brand that always puts people at forefront.

Tian Di Trading Sdn. Bhd. was established as a wholesale company in year 2002, by co founder Mr. Choa Chiung San and Mr. Choa Chiung Choong. At the end of year 2003, the first brand of Tian Di Trading, Td Furniture Sqaure was started in Ipoh Garden as a furniture retail shop. It is the largest furniture retail shop in Ipoh and it provides a wide range of products in various design to the customer. Thus, it had gained its competitive advantage. After half year, Tian Di Trading main store and office were shifted from Menglembu to Falim. Td Furniture Sqaure was expanded to Sitiawan, Teluk Intan, Taiping, Bukit Tengah, Kuala Lumpur and Kampar just in a few years time.

The second brand of Tian Di Trading, Lazio Sofa was created at the end of year 2007. It leaded a new chapter in the company. It provides elegant and luxiouries products to penetrate the high end market. It intends to manufacture fully integrated quality sofa and coaches from low end to high end standards for local and export market. Tian Di Trading succeed to change the business from wholesale to retail by developing Td Furniture Square. Besides, it suceed to penetrate from low and medium end market to high end market by creating the second brand, Lazio Sofa. From these turning points, the business becomes more stable and stronger as it is supported by 300 over manpower.

Principle Activities

Tian Di Trading is the largest furniture chain store group in Perak. It specialized in trading of furniture and fittings from low end to medium high group of customers. Almost 70% of the products are sourced locally from the top furniture and fitting companies all over Malaysia whereas 30% are imported. Besides, a few qualified furniture factory are selected to produce OEM products of Td Furniture Square and Lazio Sofa. Quality which is not just in term of product but also in term of service, is the most important thing that the management emphasizes. It posseses a well trained sales team to provide good pre-sales service. The company is setting up customer service department for Td Furniture Square and Lazio Sofa to specialize in after sales service which is always omitted by other furniture player in the industry. With the strong support of both sales team and customer service department, the rapid growth of the company is assured.

On the other hand, it is able to expand the business to 11 branches covering Perak, Penang and Selangor. It is in the process of opening 2 new branches. Tian Di is in the midst of teaming up a few reputable property developer companies as an effort to boost up the company's turover. In addition, the management is also actively looking for a new business oppurnity in order that the company becomes a reputable, dynamic and reliable furniture company not only in the northern region but also all over Malaysia.
